To ensure product quality is maintained during transit, Fardoulis Chocolates will dispatch all orders in quality branded cardboard boxes for environmental purposes. We do not pack your order in third party boxes.

During the Australian extreme heat conditions, Fardoulis Chocolates reserves the right to dispatch the order at a more appropriate time once the weather conditions improve. We will contact you in this case to discuss options we may offer.

During the warm weather months, chocolate orders outside Sydney Metro will be shipped out Monday through to Wednesday. Thursday on special request by express delivery at an extra charge may incur. The orders that have missed the Wednesday morning dispatch will be shipped the following Monday.

During the cooler months, goods will be dispatched by courier Monday through to Thursday. Friday by special request.

Courier Services:

Note that couriers contracted by Fardoulis Chocolates do not have permission to leave packages unattended at the specified shipping address. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, then by standard shipping provider regulations, the courier will leave a call card. Fardoulis Chocolates cannot be held responsible and will not offer refunds in the eventuality the goods are melted and/or damaged after the first delivery attempt has been made.

Our couriers are generally chosen for premium shipping. Therefore we have multiple Australian carriers such as TNT, Toll Ipec , Australia Post Eparcel and Startrack. Their services all offer tracking information.

While we do our best to have your chocolates delivered on time, delays may occur during transit due to such factors as weather conditions, product availability, public holidays and other factors. It's important to note that Saturday, Sunday and public holidays deliveries are NOT available at this stage however pick up in stores are offered.

Regretfully, we currently cannot dispatch orders to PO BOX addresses nor destinations outside Australia.

Our Products


For wedding orders, christenings and other events we highly recommend placing the orders 2 weeks prior to delivery or pick-up date. We are more than happy to deliver directly to the reception venue.


No delays normally incur. We will however contact our customers straight away should a particular gift box be out of stock. With our large variety we can always offer an alternative option or refund.


For first time customers orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to dispatch as we require lead time for designing and printing logo plates.

Confirmation of your order:

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and an order number. If you have been charged for an order but haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact us or call (02)9587 4155

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping details including an estimated delivery date, and your parcel tracking number. This e-mail will also include a link for you to track your chocolate parcel delivery.

We are more than happy to amend your order by phone or email:
We are happy to change or amend your order if the request is received before the order has been packed. We usually process orders within 1-2 business days so please call our Customer Service team on (02) 9587 4155 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST or send us your details You will need to pay for any price difference for the additional items. We will need to collect this payment via credit card over the phone.

Are your details correct ?

We are happy to change or amend your shipping details if the request is received before your order has been packed. Please contact us urgently if you are not able to be at the delivery address for delivery:

We recommend that you have your Fardoulis chocolates delivered to a location where someone can look after them – like an office or workplace.

As all chocolate is temperature-sensitive, we will manage the heat exposure as much as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any melting or spoilage.

You can add a personal message for a gift to another person/s:

We can add a personalised gift card to any order. At checkout under the heading Comment please add your personalised message in the field provided. We will add this message to a gift card and include in your delivery.
