Fardoulis Chocolates began with a simple idea: to craft a signature after-dinner mint for Sydney’s finest restaurants and cafés. Our iconic two-tone milk and dark chocolate swirl quickly became a favourite, and we grew to produce over 400,000 individually wrapped chocolates per week for the Australian food service industry.

A Sweet Touch for Weddings

In 1996, we answered the calls of brides and grooms across the country by launching our personalised Wedding Chocolates — elegant bonbonniere gift boxes filled with our signature crème ganache. This milestone led to the creation of our online store, making it easy for couples Australia-wide to order custom chocolate gifts for their special day.

Expanding into Retail

By 2002, our passion for flavour and design led us into the retail market.
