Humble in it’s beginnings, Fardoulis Chocolates began in 1985 with what started as an idea to create a unique after dinner mint for restaurants and cafes with a two-tone milk/dark chocolate swirl. The company grew quickly developing the after dinner chocolate market with more varieties and flavours. Distribution was developed nationwide via a network of wholesalers and before long were producing over 400,000 units per week of individually wrapped chocolates for the food service industry.

In 1996, through popular demand of brides and grooms, Fardoulis Chocolates created what was known as the ‘Wedding Chocolates’, which were personalised gift boxes for bonbonniere. An online shopping website was then developed to cater for customers and as a result produced thousands of personalised gift boxed chocolates which helped make the wedding day extra special.
