Q. Do you deliver outside Australia including NZ?

A. At this stage, we only deliver Australia-wide. 

 

Q. Do you deliver on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays?

A. Deliveries are not available on these days.

 

Q. Can orders be picked-up?

A. Absolutely. There is a pick-up option in the delivery section for online orders.Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm from 105-109 Princes Hwy, Kogarah, NSW, 2217.On Saturdays orders can be picked up from The Fardoulis Sweet Nuts Shop 129 Princes Hwy, Kogarah, NSW, 2217 - access via Bank Lane (ph: 02 9553 8232)

 

Q. Do I need to pay for pick-up?

A. There are no charges for pick-up orders.

 

Q. Do you sell sugar coated almonds and other products like honey, nuts, lollies, rocky roads etc?

A. No, we do not. For all enquiries on prices for sugar coated almonds, nuts, honey etc please contact The Fardoulis Sweet Nuts Shop directly on (02) 9553 8232. While we share the same last name, we operate our businesses separately.

Q. Are you Australian owned?

A. Yes, we are proudly Australian owned.

 

Q. Are your chocolates made in Australia?

A. Yes, all our chocolates are made in Australia.

 

Q. What is the recommended storage for the chocolates?

A. Chocolate is very sensitive to sudden changes in temperature. We recommend our chocolates to be stored in a cool (preferably 18-20 degrees Celsius), dry place (cupboard, under the bed etc.) If the chocolate becomes too warm, cocoa butter will raise to the surface and form a dusty, grey film known as "bloom". This "bloom" is not harmful. When the chocolate is melted, it will return to its natural, rich brown colour. We do not recommend for the chocolates to be stored in the fridge. However, if you do store chocolate in the refrigerator or freezer, when you take it out, let it stand until it returns to room temperature before you use it in a recipe.

 

Q. Do you have an allergen statement?

A. All our products may contain traces of other nuts, cereals, rice, wheat & wheat gluten. Our chocolates contain no partially hydrogenated fat.

 

Q. How much lead time do you need for my order?

A. For foiled chocolate hearts we recommend orders to be submitted 1-2 weeks in advance to dispatch. For personalised individually wrapped chocolates we require 2-3 weeks lead time to allow for artwork, printing of the logo plate and for the order to be finalised. For Chocolate Plato Gourmet allow up to 1-2 weeks to dispatch. All our chocolates are made fresh to order to ensure customer satisfaction. For gift boxes no delays normally occur, however depending on the size of the order we might need a few additional days to finalise the order.

 

Q. Is it possible for the product to be out of stock even though the online shop shows the product to be in stock?

A. Yes, it is possible. While we diligently update the stock numbers on our website it is possible for some products to be out of stock. We will however contact our customers straight away should a particular gift box be out of stock. With our large variety of gift boxes we can always offer an alternative option.
