What is the recommended storage for the chocolates?

Chocolate is very sensitive to sudden changes in temperature. We recommend our chocolates to be stored in a cool (preferably 18-20 degrees Celsius), dry place (cupboard, under the bed etc.) If the chocolate becomes too warm, cocoa butter will raise to the surface and form a dusty, grey film known as "bloom". This "bloom" is not harmful. When the chocolate is melted, it will return to its natural, rich brown colour. We do not recommend for the chocolates to be stored in the fridge. However, if you do store chocolate in the refrigerator or freezer, when you take it out, let it stand until it returns to room temperature before you use it in a recipe.
